As a Laborer, you will assist with various tasks in tree care and landscaping, providing crucial support to our tree climbers and grounds crew. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading equipment
- Help with tree pruning, trimming, and removal tasks as directed by the crew leaders
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required; willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic understanding of safety practices in a labor environment
- Team player with good communication skills
- Valid driver’s license is required.
